Cake Booking Policies & Care Guide

Booking & Payments

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your order and lock in your booking date. Once your order has been confirmed, payment details will be provided.

The remaining balance must be paid a few days before your scheduled pickup time. Your cake will only be released once full payment has been received.

Pick-up Information

All cake pickups are available from the designated pickup venue (will be sent once the payment is received). Your allocated pickup time will be confirmed prior to your collection date. Please arrive within your scheduled pickup window, as preparation and other orders are planned around these times. Late pickups are not negotiable and a late fee of $40 will apply for arrivals more than 10 minutes past the agreed pickup time.

Design & Inspiration

I specialise in creating cakes within my signature style and artistic approach. Inspiration images are always welcome, however please understand that your cake will not be an exact 100% replica. I do not create designs outside of my style.

Cake Collection & Handling

Once your cake has been collected, responsibility for the cake transfers to the customer. I am not responsible for any damage caused after pickup due to handling, transportation, or storage. Always hold your cake box from the top and bottom. Keep your cake flat, secure, and away from heat & sun at all times.

Cake Structure & Storage

Some cakes may require internal support using dowels and/or thick straws. Please refrain from any cake smashing activities. All cakes should be refrigerated in their box upon arrival and whenever not being served. I recommend allowing your cake to sit at room temperature for approximately one hour before serving. Cakes have an approximate 5-day shelf life when stored correctly, consuming within 5–6 days is recommended for best freshness.

Dietary Requirements & Allergies

I do not offer dietary alternatives or allergy-friendly cakes. My kitchen handles common allergens and I cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Photography & Social Media

I reserve the right to photograph completed cakes for my portfolio and social media. If you have concerns, please let me know before your cake is completed.
